These Terms govern your use of ToBetter100, a family-coordination service operated by RPTRAINOR LLC. By creating an account or using ToBetter100, you agree to these Terms.
The service
ToBetter100 helps parents and couples coordinate family life — task tracking, couples communication, calendar, and daily check-ins — with the help of an assistant named Betty.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. A parent or guardian may add children to their family; only an adult may create an account.
Acceptable use
Use ToBetter100 only for its intended personal, family purpose. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others.
SMS messaging terms
Program: ToBetter100 (messages from your assistant, Betty).
By providing your mobile number and opting in within the app (Settings → Notification channel), you agree to receive recurring text messages from ToBetter100 — conversational replies, daily morning check-ins, task and goal reminders, weekly summaries, and family invitations.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; after you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. Reply START to opt back in.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For help with the messaging program, contact support@tobetter100.com.
Betty and AI assistance
Betty is an automated assistant whose responses are generated with AI. Betty is supportive but is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Disclaimers
ToBetter100 is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered on time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPTRAINOR LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ToBetter100.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use of ToBetter100 means you accept the updated Terms.
